IGS & Partners ("IGS", "we") is committed to protecting the personal data of learners using this portal. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

2. 2.2. Enrollment data — the programs you register for, your group assignment, attendance, and quiz results.
3. 2.3. Payment data — amounts paid, payment references, and bank-transfer evidence you submit. We do not collect or store full card numbers.
4. 2.4. Usage data — login timestamps, used to operate the portal and show facilitators when learners are active.

3. How We Use Your Data

1. 3.1. To deliver programs, assign groups, and provide access to materials, meeting links, recordings, and quizzes.
2. 3.2. To process payments and apply discount vouchers.
3. 3.3. To send transactional emails — session reminders, schedule updates, confirmations, and support replies.
4. 3.4. To verify control of your email address by sending one-time login codes.
5. 3.5. To respond to enquiries submitted through the Contact Us form or support tickets.

4. Sharing

1. 4.1. We do not sell personal data.
2. 4.2. Where a learner is sponsored by an institutional partner, enrollment and progress data relevant to that sponsorship may be shared with the partner.
3. 4.3. We use trusted service providers — including email-delivery providers and Microsoft Teams for online sessions and recordings — who process data only on our instructions.

5. Session Recordings

Recordings of online sessions are access-controlled and shown only to learners enrolled in the relevant offering. Recordings are never published as public links.

6. Cookies

This portal uses a single, strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in while you use the site. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Because the session cookie is essential to the portal's operation, it cannot be disabled while you are logged in; you may clear it at any time by logging out or clearing your browser data.

7. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to operate IGS programs and to meet our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your Rights

Under the PDPL you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. To exercise these rights, contact us via the Contact Us page or at registrations@igsandpartners.com.
