Learners will explore project planning, execution, progress monitoring, stakeholder communication, and quality control while developing the mindset and skills needed to manage technical projects effectively.

Learners will gain hands-on experience in cost estimation, scheduling, resource planning, CPM analysis, delay tracking, and technical reporting through applications on Primavera P6 and MS Project.
This module introduces the legal, safety, and quality aspects of engineering projects. Learners will explore engineering contracts, tendering processes, claims management, HSE regulations, and quality assurance practices essential for maintaining safe, compliant, and high-quality project execution.
This module introduces Agile project management concepts for engineering environments and provides learners with a practical capstone simulation experience. Participants will apply Scrum methodologies and manage real-world project challenges through interactive crisis-based scenarios.
Transitions students from basic image editing to professional commercial design. Students learn to manipulate article layouts, construct geometric brand identities, and prepare flat mockups and 2D elements specifically for seamless animation export using Photoshop and Illustrator.
Moves beyond static designs to dynamic media using After Effects. Students master keyframes, the physics of movement, and advanced integration techniques like rotoscoping, green screen removal, and 2D/3D camera tracking to merge real footage with animated elements.
Introduces students to the three-dimensional broadcast space using Blender. Students learn fundamental 3D modeling, apply realistic materials and textures, and set up studio lighting to render professional 3D products and logo reveals.
Bridges the final gap to the newsroom or PR agency. For TV and Journalism contexts, students create "News Room" style dynamic infographics and 3D virtual sets; for PR and Advertising, they bring complete brand identities to life through dynamic product mockups and high-end logo reveals.
